Information: Familylinks is here to help individuals and families who are struggling with mental health issues, developmental disabili-ties, addictions, abuse, behavioral problems, illnesses and other life challenges. Programs include: Alcohol/Drug Abuse, Mental Health + Wellness, Special Needs, Education Services, Youth Services, Housing, Training. Penn Free Bridge Housing offers secure housing to people ages 18 and older who are homeless and in recovery from al-cohol or drug abuse. The program provides: Secure, financially-supported accommodations for individuals and/or fami-lies for up to one year, Supportive services in areas such as employment, education, counseling, legal issues, medical sup-port and household needs, Bus tickets and passes as needed. Assurance of recovery program, including random urine tests.
