Information: Catholic Charities' Basic Needs Assistance program has limited resources to provide direct aid to individuals and families who are calling with requests for the following: help with paying utility bills, food, clothing and furniture, disaster Relief, assistance for seniors 55+. Professional counseling is available for individuals, married couples and families on a sliding fee scale. Free Health Care Center. Provides emergency shelter, case management and coordinates a pantry for homeless. Refugee Services�providing basic needs assistance, housing, and employment counseling. The Family Day Care Program provides support for parents seeking care for their children and for day care providers. Based on a family�s income and situation, the Family Day Care Program may be able to reduce the cost of daily day care fees.
